BLACK BOLT (2024) With Anson Mount & Serinda Swan

Black Bolt, also known as Blackagar Boltagon, is a prominent fictional character in Marvel Comics, co-created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. He first appeared in Fantastic Four #45 (December 1965). As the ruler of Attilan and a member of the Inhumans, a secretive race of genetically enhanced superhumans, Black Bolt possesses a unique and immensely powerful ability tied to his voice.

His voice is capable of generating highly destructive shockwaves due to his electron-harnessing power being linked to the speech center of his brain. To prevent unintentional catastrophe, Black Bolt has undergone extensive mental training to remain silent at all times, even while sleeping. As a result, he primarily communicates through sign language or a spokesperson.

Black Bolt is regarded as one of Marvel’s most iconic heroes and among the most formidable members of the Inhumans. He has appeared in various Marvel-related media, including arcade and video games, animated television series, and merchandise like trading cards.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Anson Mount portrayed Black Bolt in the 2017 Marvel Television series Inhumans. He later reprised the role as a variant version in the 2022 film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
