MOANA 2 Live Action Movie (2024) With Dwayne Johnson & Auli’i Cravalho

A fanmade trailer for the live-action Moana imagines Dwayne Johnson as Maui, and Zendaya in the titular role. The Disney animated film premiered in 2016, gaining critical and commercial success, along with two Academy Award nominations. Set in Ancient Polynesia, it follows the character of Moana, who seeks to return a mystical stone to the goddess Te Fiti in order to save her village from a devastating blight. In the original movie, Moana was voiced by Auli’i Cravalho, while Johnson portrayed Maui, a demigod responsible for stealing the artifact known as The Heart of Te Fiti.Moana Live Action – First Trailer (2024) Dwayne Johnson & Auliʻi Cravalho Movie | Disney+
It was announced back in April that a live-action Moana film would be made, with Johnson returning to play Maui. When confirming the news, the actor revealed that it will feature many elements from the original movie, which could include HeiHei, Pua, and other characters. Given how popular its songs have become, most notably “How Far I’ll Go” and “You’re Welcome,” it is worth wondering if any new music will be added as well, similar to previous Disney live-action remakes.
