Latto had all eyes on her as she arrived to the red carpet at the 2023 Billboard Women In Music Awards at YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California, on Wednesday.
The rapper – who recently celebrated her 24th birthday with a sultry photoshoot – put on a busty display in a low-cut silver bustier, which she paired with a floor-length matching skirt and elbow-length gloves.
The Big Energy hitmaker wore her brunette tresses halfway pulled into a 90s style bun, and halfway cascading down her back in waves.
The Ohio-born star – also known as Big Latto – had a quick change inside, slipping into a Tiffany’s blue bodysuit before she hit the stage to perform her new single Lottery.
According to a press release from the magazine, the annual event recognizes ‘women in the music industry who have made significant contributions to the business and who, through their work and continued success, inspire generations of women to take on increasing responsibilities within the field.’
Latto was also the recipient of the Powerhouse Award at the event.
The It’s Givin songstress finalized her look with a pair of strappy black heels.
As for glam, the beauty – born Alyssa Michelle Stephens – opted for a soft bronze eyeshadow and nude lipgloss.
While on stage she accessorized with matching blue gloves and quirky blue puffed out boots.
Latto was joined by a number of talented backup dancers in white lace-up pants and bra tops.
Billboard’s annual Women in Music awards honor the most influential artists, creators, producers and executives in music.
The ceremony was hosted by award-winning writer-actress Quinta Brunson this year.
Sabrina Carpenter was one of the presenters at the event, along with Dove Cameron, Chloe Bailey, Coi Leray and Wondagurl.
Aside from Latto, this year’s honorees also included SZA (Billboard’s Woman of the Year), Becky G (the Impact Award), Lana Del Rey (Visionary Award), and Kim Petras (the Chartbreaker Award), among others.

Latto later received the Powerhouse Award from Have Mercy singer Chloe Bailey, 24.
Bailey – who collaborated with Latto on 2022 track For the Night – called the singer ‘a force to be reckoned with, an icon for young women everywhere’ and ‘the personification of a powerhouse.’
Meanwhile Latto expressed her gratitude while accepting the award: ‘Megan Thee Stallion won this award, Doja Cat won this award. It’s crazy because I’m fans of my peers and they’re now my peers.’
‘All the inspiring women who paved the way for me and all the women that there are to come. I’m grateful to be a part of this new wave of female rap and baby, we kickin’ down the door and we ain’t takin’ no for an answer.’
The star also spoke to Billboard ahead of the event on the red carpet about what it meant to get the special honor.
‘I love the weight that award carries. I feel like it’s deeper than music. It’s like, “Are you the same off camera? What are you doing outside of music? What are you doing with your platform, with your success?”‘
She also spoke about recently being on tour with Lizzo, and being inspired by her.
‘Just seeing how she treats the people around her. How well she takes care of her team. How well she took care of me… she re-inspired me.’
