8 years have passed since director George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road first debuted to world audiences, the work’s prequel Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga has just revealed the first footage through the trailer. 2 and a half minutes long. As has been mentioned many times before by the international press, the content of Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga focuses deeply on the youth of female warrior Furiosa, played by actress Anya Taylor-Joy. In the 2015 film, this role was played by South African star Charlize Theron.
As revealed by the film producer, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga tells the story of Furiosa being kidnapped from the Green Zone of the Mothers and struggling to survive through vast deserts – a place starved for fuel.
