Not long ago, Nicki Minaj caused a stir in the entertainment industry when she admitted to dating a famous American rapper. The story is that when a fan tweeted asking if she was dating Eminem, the American Idol judge replied “Yes”. This caused international newspapers to loudly report that Nicki Minaj had confirmed her relationship with the Revival singer.  However, soon after, Nicki Minaj’s side spoke up on E! News that it was just a joke, and that she was not really a couple with Eminem.

Despite the correction, fans are still confused about the story between America’s two top rappers. Over the weekend, Eminem addressed the relationship speculation during a performance at the Boston Music Festival. While performing, the male rapper turned to ask the crowd: “How many people in Boston want me to date Nicki Minaj?”.

Eminem’s “flirting” reached the ears of singer Bang Bang . She responded on Twitter: “In fact, he’s goofy and stupid like me. Love him so much. We need him on the #Queen album. That’s where we’ll hang out, at the studio, while When you look into my beautiful eyes, I write a rap verse.” 

In January this year, it was confirmed that Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend Nas broke up. Nicki has also dated other rappers like Meek Mill and Safaree. As for  Eminem, he has a daughter with his ex-wife Kimberly Anne Scott. The two have been “going their separate ways” for more than 10 years now.
